Facilitation

The definition of facilitate is “to make easy” or “ease a process.” What a facilitator does is plan, guide and manage a group event to ensure that the group’s objectives are met effectively, with clear thinking, good participation and full buy-in from everyone who is involved.

Freddi facilitates board retreats, partner meetings, strategic planning meetings and brainstorming sessions so that your team and your time can be more productive and so you can fully participate.

Design of the day(s) includes collecting information ahead of time, organizing activities which engage the group, setting up the agenda and assistance with communicating the event to your team. On the day of the meeting, your facilitator will keep you on track, redesign the day based on what emerges, and provide you summary notes after the day.

Support in designing the followup on activities to keep the content fresh and applicable can be a part of this valuable service.
