A developing series for busy teams and executives who want to learn in a small group setting. This series enables organizations to provide a cost effective, time efficient training, with facilitated discussions each week on the lesson module. Each topic has 3 to 4 modules which participants “do” each week (each module takes about 30 minutes including the homework). Using a designated journal room, participants can voice their opinions, ideas, and “aha’s” to share with the class. This is viewed our coaches and becomes the agenda for the weekly coaching call.
