Freddi Donner

Freddi Donner, PCC  is a seasoned executive and team certified coach specializing in the power of communication and interpersonal skills to achieve professional growth and business development goals. Freddi founded Business Stamina in 2004 after more than two decades as a corporate marketing executive and successful entrepreneur. 

She is Past President of the International Coaching Federation and is an accredited practitioner of several individual and team assessments.

Freddi had a very successful career (about 20 years) as a corporate marketing professional and business owner, and then, starting in 2004 focused on coaching. Communication styles can create or deteriorate teams in the workplace. She teaches clients how to improve connections and decrease misunderstanding through conversations, observations and agreements created by the people she serves. Committed to serving executives and management teams in high-stress positions Freddi has helped hundreds of highly specialized professionals to function better, reduce stress, perform more effectively and improve team dynamics.

Online and In Person

WorkPace Learning ®  is a unique online training program that merges weekly short, quick lessons; homework; reporting/journaling; and group coaching together for a cost and time effective solutions to learning new skills. Since your team does not have to leave the office, you save time and dollars. The homework is all about using the lessons in real time each week. The reporting/journaling holds the participants accountable. And then through the group coaching call, all participants can share what they discovered, again, without leaving the site of their work. Onsite training is offered to clients in the DC Metro Area. 60, 90 and 120 minute training classes can be brought to your location for as few as 5 and as many as 100 people. The training is a blend of lessons and interactive, participatory exercises.
