Ask yourself first when you’d like to see your goals realized, and then ask whether you really believe your deadlines are realistic. If they seem too tight, give yourself more space. The goal is to set yourself up for success—not to meet deadlines or impress anyone else. Write down your timeline and make notes along the way.
